Penelope (black) and Lily (torbie) are the sweetest, most chilled-out girls who are cuddly lap cats. They run to their foster mom to be held and love to lay on her lap. Penelope has the loudest purr and the silkiest soft coat with some white ear fluff. She purrs with back scratches from head to tail. Lily chases her tail and, while a bit more shy than Penelope, is very loving when she forms a bond. She has beautiful green eyes and markings of a tortie and a tabby. Both follow their foster mom around and love to be near people, including kids.
Although they were fearful at first, they never hurt anyone and let their foster mom hold them. Adopters will have calm, affectionate and grateful cats. They never get into trouble at their foster mom’s home and they do everything together. They are polite, un-demanding, affectionate girls who come when they’re called and jump up when you tap your lap. They played with the foster mom’s older cat every day and loved it. With proper introductions, they would make terrific companions for an older cat. They were very comfortable around children. They are so sweet!
These kitties should get along with kids, other cats, and cat-friendly dogs given proper introductions.
Penelope and Lily were born approximately July 30, 2024, and their combined adoption fee is $250. They are spayed, up-to-date on shots and deworming, have microchips, and tested negative for feline leukemia virus.
