My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking for a loving companion? Sammy, our adorable Great Pyrenees and Golden Retriever mix, is on the hunt for his forever home!

✨ About Sammy:

Age: Young adult
Neutered: Yes
Microchipped: Yes
Leash Trained: Absolutely!
Housebroken: You bet!
Sammy is a gentle soul who can be a bit nervous around new people, so he’s looking for a quiet home where he can feel safe and secure. He thrives in a calm environment and would benefit from someone patient who can work with him as he learns to trust.

Please note that Sammy has shown signs of food aggression, so he should be fed separately from other pets.

If you're ready to give this sweet boy the love and understanding he deserves, please reach out! Let’s help Sammy find his happy ending! 🏡❤️

More about this shelter

It is our mission to inform our community of the state laws and city ordinances in place for vaccinations, tethering/chaining, and sheltering needs. Any dog impounded by our shelter can be reclaimed by his rightful owner during a 72 hour hold period. If the dog brought in has any type of identification we will make reasonable effort to contact the owner and the hold period will be 5 business days. Once the hold period is up, all healthy/adoptable dogs will be put up for adoption or sent to a registered 501(c)3 rescue. Please LIKE and SHARE our page to see incoming dogs!
