At just 1 year old, Rex has the endurance of a marathoner and the agility of a sprinter!
Heelers are known for their incredible stamina, intelligence, and quick reflexes – they’re born to move, groove, and get things done.
Rex loves a good walk, a solid run, and hours of playtime. He's good with other dogs, housebroken, and always up for the next challenge. This tough little guy came to us as a stray just two weeks ago, and now he's on the lookout for a forever team to join.

More about this shelter

It is our mission to inform our community of the state laws and city ordinances in place for vaccinations, tethering/chaining, and sheltering needs. Any dog impounded by our shelter can be reclaimed by his rightful owner during a 72 hour hold period. If the dog brought in has any type of identification we will make reasonable effort to contact the owner and the hold period will be 5 business days. Once the hold period is up, all healthy/adoptable dogs will be put up for adoption or sent to a registered 501(c)3 rescue. Please LIKE and SHARE our page to see incoming dogs!
