My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Nova! ✨️🌸
Meet Nova, a playful border collie mix whose name means "new" in Latin, reflecting her eagerness to start a new chapter in a loving home. 🐶✨️Nova recently came to the shelter after a brief stay with a foster family, where she was a perfect guest. She's already well-trained, loving, and eager to please.
Here are some of her awesome qualities!
1. ️High Energy: Loves walks, play, and learning. 2. Loving: Eager to please and bond with people.
3. ️Well-Trained:Housetrained and vaccinated.
4. Dog-Friendly:Gets along with most dogs.
Nova needs a home that can provide lots of exercise to keep her happy and healthy. Ready to give this energetic pup a loving home? ✨️🌸

More about this shelter

It is our mission to inform our community of the state laws and city ordinances in place for vaccinations, tethering/chaining, and sheltering needs. Any dog impounded by our shelter can be reclaimed by his rightful owner during a 72 hour hold period. If the dog brought in has any type of identification we will make reasonable effort to contact the owner and the hold period will be 5 business days. Once the hold period is up, all healthy/adoptable dogs will be put up for adoption or sent to a registered 501(c)3 rescue. Please LIKE and SHARE our page to see incoming dogs!
