My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bugsy! He is a 3yr old neutered male American PitBull/American Bulldog mix that weighs 39lbs. He came into the Mesquite Animal Shelter on 10/17 as a stray. This sweet boy is such a joy to be around. He will sit on the bench with you, cuddle close for hugs and will give you plenty of kisses! He walks great on a leash, knows the sit command and takes treats gently. He had a great time in the shelter yard taking in all the smells, and his tail kept wagging. Bugsy has a laid back personality, and is well behaved. You couldn’t go wrong with having this happy boy being part of your loving family. Walking past the other dogs barking he didn’t show any interest in them, but we do ask if there is another dog in the home to please ask the shelter for a dog test. He is so deserving to have his dreams come true by having loving companions, have a cushy inside life with plenty of good food, toys, and a soft doggy bed. He would doubtless enjoy walks, playtime, and enrichment.
