My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rocco was adopted by a family that wanted a puppy. They had just given an old dog away to replace him with a puppy and when they got Rocco, they decided that they didn't want him either because dogs actually need some attention and that wasn't something that this family was prepared to give him.

For the entire year of his life, he has lived in an apartment, left alone the entire day and not ever taken outside. He has lived with small children and is great with kids. He also gets along with other dogs. Despite the lack of attention and love that he was given, he is extremely loving and loves people.

This dog is currently living in Northern California but if you are interested in him, I will be happy to transport him back to Southern California for you. I am from Northern California and so I visit often.

I would ideally like to have a family that will be loving and patient with this wonderful pup. He isn't really used to any sort of structure but will happily learn it and he will be thrilled to actually get to see what the outdoors looks like!

He's the type of dog that will want to sleep in your bed or near your bed.
