Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Ringo Starr, one of four brothers from our “The Beatles” litter. These boys really are the Fab Four! Super friendly and absolutely adorable, it’s pretty much inevitable that anyone who meets them will fall in love with them. One of the brothers ran up to his now-foster mom at the shelter, hugged her and wouldn’t let go. She became an instant fan and took all four boys home with her.
Ringo is an almost 4-month-old hound mix with the funniest little personality. He’s the runt of the litter, but what he lacks in size he makes up for in character.
Ringo is usually the first one to run up to his foster mom for some loving. He loves to be picked up and loved on. He looks soooo happy when he’s cuddling. Ringo sometimes gets a little intimidated around the bigger dogs in his foster home and will run to his foster mom for protection. He’d likely do best in a home with another dog who isn’t super high energy. He’d also be perfectly happy as an only dog who’s the center of attention.
Ringo does have lots of confidence, though. You see it best when he’s proudly carrying around a toy that’s as big as he is and showing it off to all of his brothers. Ringo truly loves toys!
Ringo weighs a little more than 15 pounds at almost four months old. We predict he’ll be a nice small to medium size when full grown, maybe around 40 lbs, give or take.
Love isn’t all Ringo needs, but he would prefer a forever home where there’s lots of it! He really enjoys feeling adored. A home with a fenced yard is preferred for Ringo, and a doggy and/or human sibling would be an added bonus, but not a requirement. Ringo has just started potty training and crate training, and he’s looking for a forever family with the time and energy to help him build his confidence and become the best boy he can be!
