My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Destiny has been through a lot and takes some time to warm up to you, but after a few months has become a very affectionate gal. She enjoys a good snuggle but also appreciates some independence. She will need a quiet home with an adopter who has time and patience to build trust with her. Once Destiny lets you in her heart, you are hers for good!

Destiny Linmore is around 12 years old and is spayed, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.

Destiny qualifies for our Seniors for Seniors foster program. If you are interested in long-term fostering, let us know!

Verification of veterinarian and personal references as well as Landlord (if applicable).

Meet the Pet

After approval, a meet & greet is set up between potential adopter and foster parent/cat.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

After a successful meet & greet, it will take at least 48 hours until finalizing the adoption is complete. Contract is signed & fee is paid.

Adoption Fees (without the 50% off discount):

Cats under 1 year old: $150 + 8% sales tax = $162
Cats aged 1-10 years old: $100 + 8% sales tax = $108
Two kittens under 1 year old: $225 + 8% sales tax = $243
Senior Cats (10+ years old): $75 + 8% sales tax = $81

* You must be 18 or older to adopt. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian submit an application on your behalf.
* All cats must be kept indoors. In special circumstances, we may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
* We do not adopt to any home that will declaw an animal. Declawing is cruel and unnecessary.
* All cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
* Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or into a home with another active cat or cat-friendly dog.
* Your adoption fee helps to cover a small part of the costs of veterinary care. However, we strongly recommend that you take your new kitty to your vet for a check-up shortly after adopting to establish a relationship and a lifetime of regular check-ups and care.
