Meet Jack-o'-lantern (Jackie)!

This little chihuahua mix had a rough start to life. She arrived at the shelter as a tiny 4-week old stray with wounds, and then got pneumonia shortly after that. But she is a fighter, and even when she was sick, she kept her sassy puppy energy.

Nowadays Jackie is a happy, growing puppy who is excited about everything. She loves her toys, she loves being with other dogs, and she likes to explore. She's doing well with potty-training, she sleeps all night in her crate, and settles down easily.

Jackie would love to be your tiny snuggle buddy, go out and about with you, and enjoy some Halloween shenanigans with you! Apply to adopt Jackie today!

Adoption Fee includes spay/neuter*, microchipping, up-to-date vaccinations, and current heartworm and flea/tick preventatives.

*If pet is not old enough to be spayed or neutered prior to adoption, a $50.00 credit will be paid to your vet at the time of surgery.

We require a veterinary reference for current pet owners, and pets must be up to date on vaccines and heartworm preventative. We meet potential adopters in their homes and introduce the pets to the family's current pets to see if it is a good match. A copy of our adoption contract can be requested via email.
