We were called to a local home by someone looking to surrender a mom cat and her litter of three. Wrigley and his siblings were born in late July, 2024 to a beautiful mom, Cinnamon. Shadowing their mother’s personality, the trio of kittens is extremely happy, friendly and outgoing. Wrigley is grey with a few white patches on his belly. He is a purr machine and loves to crawl right on to your lap. He craves your attention and will need quite a bit of it in his forever home. A feline companion might help occupy some of his time or he just won’t let you go about your day.
Wrigley is vaccinated, altered, FeLV/FIV tested negative and microchipped. Save The Animals Rescue Team, (S.T.A.R.T.) is a non-profit humane organization, founded by Annette Lamberti, that rescues stray, abandoned, injured, and abused kittens, puppies, cats, and dogs. The animals rescued are examined by a veterinarian, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and placed in one of our volunteer foster homes. Since S.T.A.R.T. does not have a shelter facility, these animals remain in our foster care until they are adopted. So many of these unfortunate animals are victims of pet overpopulation, therefore, this life-saving work is critical!!
It is our mission to prevent cruelty, promote spay/neuter, and to encourage awareness through education, while also teaching respect for all animals and the environment they live in. S.T.A.R.T. is a 501 (c)(3) private non-profit organization relying on and supported by tax-deductible donations, grants and group fund raising.
