Poppy!

Poppy is a beautiful 6 year old shih tzu. She is shy at first, but is learning to be a best friend. She absolutely loves attention, neck scratches and kisses. She loves to play with her toys, gets along great with her foster doggy sisters and is cat friendly. She is still learning how to walk with a leash, but is making progress every day. When she came to us we weren't sure she had even been outside walking on grass before, but now she loves running around in the back yard like a mad woman. She is crate trained but prefers to sleep in bed with everyone. Sleeps all nights and is a love bug in the mornings. Poppy is easy going, laid back, and not much of a barker. She is doing well with potty training, but does still have an occasional accident in the house. We don't think it will take her much once she is comfortable in a new home setting and routine to become fully house trained. Included in each adoption: age appropriate shots, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery.
