My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Thank you Pedigree Foundation for sponsoring my training scholarship with HHHS!
Thank you Anderson RV Center for sponsoring a portion of my fee!

Sid is a lovable 1-year-old, 42 lb pit bull mix who's ready to find his forever home. This playful guy came in as a stray, but what we do know is that he loves toys-any and all of them! He's treat-motivated and already knows how to sit, which makes learning new things a breeze.

Sid's play style can be a little pushy, so we recommend bringing in your dogs for a meet and greet to see if they'll be the perfect match. He also comes with a training scholarship for free classes at HHHS to help him work on his manners and polish his skills.

With his adorable face and boundless energy, Sid is all set to be your new best friend-come meet him today!

More about this shelter

HHHS has been a permanent part of the Topeka community since its founding May 4, 1938. The organization is incorporated as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) business for the purpose of sheltering companion animals in need of care, advocating for anti-cruelty protection of animals and promoting humane education and animal welfare issues.
