Hi, I'm Indigo. I may seem a bit shy at first, but that's only because I'm still learning to trust. Once I do, I promise to shower you with all the love and affection I have to offer. I'm very sweet, you see, and I'm so grateful for every bit of kindness shown to me. I also get along well with other dogs. I enjoy their company and they help me feel more at ease. I had a home once, but I was left to fend for myself. I'm ready to be part of a loving family who'll give me the chance to come out of my shell. Adopting me means gaining a loyal friend who'll always be by your side.

If you want to meet a pup in person, Once Upon a Tail Rescue does adoption events at PetSmart in Covington, LA on most Saturdays with many of our adoptable dogs there.

Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with. If pre-approved, you have first priority & can usually take home your new best friend the same day!

**All dogs are required to have complete vet services, including shots, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip, which are included in the Adoption Fee. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue.
