My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bonnie, a 1-2 year old 50lb certified good girl! Bonnie is a bit on the shy side at first, but once she warms up, she loves nothing more than being close to her people. Whether it's quietly hanging out by your side or curling up next to you on the couch, she is all about the cuddles. She's a total pro at lounging and has a super chill vibe indoors.

Bonnie also has a playful side-she adores squeaky toys! Watching her face light up when she finds her favorite toy is the cutest thing ever. If you're looking for a loyal, loving companion who will bring warmth and comfort to your home, Bonnie is the perfect fit. She's patiently waiting for her forever family to give her all the love and squeaks she deserves!

Bonnie is microchipped, up-to-date on core vaccines, and spayed.

Additional adoption info

We have a strict adoption process. An adoption application must be completed and submitted via our website. A home check is mandatory. We also check all personal and vet references.
We need to feel confident that our animals are going to loving and benevolent homes that are financially stable. We require an adoption fee for each of our dogs. All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and heart worm tested.

More about this rescue

See Spot Rescued has a single purpose, to provide a permanent loving home for every homeless dog. We strive to make the best possible match between the family and the dog, based on previous history, breed and experience. We work from the premise that each of these four legged furry beasts are our clients. Our mission is to find them a lifetime companion whom will provide them eternal unconditional love. See Spot Rescued focuses on saving dogs from high kill shelters in the South, specifically in rural North Carolina, South Carolina, and Kentucky. No matter their age, breed, or health, if they’ve come into contact with a See Spot Rescued representative, then they can rest assured we will care for them.
