Alto is a lovely one-year-old female India Blue Peahen who is known for her sweet nature. She is so friendly that she will even eat from your hand! During the spring season, the female Peafowl lay several clutches of eggs. Unlike the males, they do not have trains and are more of a jade and brown color. Add Alto to your farm today!

The mission of the Raise the Bar-N Foundation is to rescue, care for, and provide compassion to abused and neglected animals, educate the community about responsible pet ownership, and provide opportunities to children and adults with disabilities. We strive to give the voiceless a voice.

My husband and I have been rescuing for years. We also do a great deal with the autism/special needs community. We are hoping to save more animals and help build bonds between animals and children with disabilities. My husband is a firefighter and ex-professional hockey player. I am an expert working with children with disabilities, especially autism. I am passionate about giving the voiceless a "voice".
