My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Blaze is calm, easygoing middle- aged gentleman who came to PACC from their Ajo substation. He’s a big(ger) city boy now! In his former home, he was reportedly crate trained and did well living with other dogs and kids. He loves treats, so you know the way to this man’s heart!!

Blaze has been on a couple of day trips and was described as super sweet, loving, and laid back. He did well in the car, enjoyed exploring the great outdoors, and even got to wallow around in some mud like a piglet! He enjoys the water, playing with toys, and having a bit of room to run.

Blaze shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been social and tolerant when meeting other dogs in playgroup, with staff describing him as “just an easygoing, chill guy.” Ask about Blaze today!!

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Mon - Tues: 12-7pm Wed - 1:30-7pm Thurs - Fri: 12-7pm Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm Must be checked in 45 minutes before close

2.
Meet the Pet

Once you have decided which pets you are interested in, sign in for an adoption counselor who will guide you through the adoption process.

3.
Take the Pet Home

Cats must leave in a carrier and dogs must leave in a carrier or on leash. We do have these available for purchase in our lobby store.

Additional adoption info

Year-Round Adoption Fees:
• Puppies and kittens less than 4 months old $50
• Adult dogs and cats $30
• A standard $20 dog license fee may apply
• Pets who have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for a family and pets over 5 years old $0 - Fee Waived!

Every adoption includes:
• Spay or neuter surgery
• First Vaccinations
• Microchip
• Vet visit certificate
• Pet insurance
