My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, I`m MARCO. I would prefer a gentle and patient adopter as I can be insecure while experiencing new people and places. I must confess, loud and unknown sounds can make me a bit uneasy. I find solace in the quiet, familiar corners of my world. But don`t let my fears fool you. I`m ready to be a loyal companion. If you`re looking for a brave explorer who still appreciates the comfort of home, then I`m your perfect match. Adopt me, and together, we`ll conquer the world, one quiet, curious step at a time.

Most of the animals that come to our shelter are either pets relinquished by their owners or stray pets found wandering in the areas we serve. Dogs and cats are the most common, although a wide variety of other animals may be found at the shelter as well, including birds, snakes, fish, hamsters and guinea pigs.
