My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Currently in a foster home. Please contact the shelter to schedule a meet and greet.*

Hi! My name is Merci and I'm a sweet and extra-fluffy girl! Although I am positive for Feline Leukemia, I am still a very loving kitty who deserves a life-long home. I LOVE all people and just want to be around them. I have no front claws but I still make biscuits. I love to lay around on soft things like chairs or blankets, and I really enjoy looking out of the window. My favorite thing in the world is wet food and back scratches! I am not currently sick or exhibiting any signs of being Leukemia positive but will need a family that can provide consistent vet care and help me continue feeling my best. The VHS adoption team can help you learn more about Feline Leukemia and why it shouldn't stop you from adopting me! I'm looking for someone who will let me spend the rest of my life with them. I use the litter box very well and I'm a good girl!
