Animal Profile: Clyde is an estimated 2-year-old 55 lb male Doberman with natural ears and a docked tail who was a stray intake to the shelter along with Bonnie; they were both fearful at intake but have become staff favorites. They show good social skills sharing a kennel with multiple other dogs. He will be arriving to foster care and we will share more info as we get to know him.

Foster Update: Clyde has truly blossomed in foster care. He is a social, happy go lucky, playful doberdude. He loves to run around, has an active stick library he shares with his friends, and is doing excellent on his leash manners. Clyde is house and crate trained, and ready to find his forever home!

Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550, which includes spay/neuter, current core vaccinations per AVMA standards, negative heartworm test and microchip with lifetime registration. Adoption fees benefit all the animals in our rescue, and may be tax deductible as Dog Gone Seattle is a 501c3 non-profit organization.

Animal History: This dog was rescued from the the high kill San Bernardino city shelter and transported via START, arriving to Seattle area foster care 9/20/24. This dog will be available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.

All potential adopters must complete the adoption application including veterinary and personal references. In addition, a home check may be required. Adoptions will not be approved without an in-person meeting with the adoptable dog and a volunteer or foster from the rescue organization.
