This is Violet, the sweetest girl ever looking for a unicorn adopter * Her story may be long but it’s more than worth reading *
She is a very young, spunky, and beautiful dog, who has clearly had quite the ruff start to life. Violet came into a shelter with her brother Blue at around 8 months old. Fortunately for Blue, we were able to get him in and neutered and adopted so his stay at the shelter was not long, unfortunately, for Violet before she could even be declared ready for adoption, she needed eye surgery to fix her cherry eyes.
We got her fixed and her eye surgery done in hopes that she would be ready to be adopted come or next adoption event around a month and a half later.. Flash forward 4 weeks after surgery and her cherry eyes have completely grown back.
Violet is now scheduled for her second eye surgery in hopes that this is the last one that she needs and she will be ready to go home! Her time in the shelter has already been soo long and she has been such a champ.
She likes all dogs and she adores people, and we are working on teaching her tricks. She is very food, and toy motivated and we think she would be an amazing addition to almost any family
If think you are the perfect family home for me, my friends would love to hear from you. Please contact them now at www.handsnpaws@outlook.com.
Each of our animals are microchipped, up to date on their vaccines, dewormed, and flea treated. If it is age appropriate, they are spayed or neutered and given their rabies. Unless it is otherwise noted in their medical history, our cats are not FELV/FIV tested. This may be done at the request of an adopter and at their expense. The adoption fee of each of our animals is listed underneath their pictures on their biography page.
If you would like more information, please click on the adopt button and fill out the Adoption form and that will be forwarded to the foster home so you can speak with them about the pet.
Our adoptions are done on a first come first service basis unless a hold is placed on the pet(s). The hold is for up to 7 days and may be done when the Adoption Contract is submitted. You may place a hold by paying the Hold Fee of $25 per pet. The Hold Fee of $25 is Non-Refundable and will be in addition to the Adoption Fee. You may instead pay the full Adoption Fee which will also hold the pet(s). After 7 days, if the pet(s) have not been picked up, any fees paid will be forfeited and will be considered a donation to Hands 'N Paws Animal Assistance.
