My name is Jet!

Jet was a cat that showed up at a colony of cats. He was so friendly and affectionate and just wanted to be with people that it was apparent he was once someone’s pet. The colony feeders tried to find an owner but had no luck. The feeders were trying to find him a rescue placement when they saw that something had attacked him. He is so chill and got along with all the colony cats, so some other animal must have attacked him. Jet just didn’t know how to survive in the wild, even with feeders, so it became more urgent to get him into rescue. We found a temp foster who could hold Jet for 2 weeks while he was given treatment, but now, we need to find him a more permanent foster or adopter. He is still healing but doesn’t need any more treatment, just a safe place to stay until his wounds fully heal or he finds his forever home. Jet is a male “jet” black cat born in September 2022.
