Meet Jules - a sweet, gray-muzzled beauty who's looking for a second chance at love. Estimated to be around 7 years old, Jules may be considered a senior, but don't let that fool you! She's still full of energy, joy, and enthusiasm. Whether it's playing fetch with her favorite toys or showing off her playful spirit, Jules is always ready for action. She has a heart as big as her golden topaz eyes - the most stunning eyes you'll ever see - and a sleek coat of reddish-brown fur with black-tipped edges that makes her look as beautiful as she is. She's not just a pretty face, though; she's also a loving, perky companion who will stay by your side and keep you company. Jules loves to check in with you, always coming back for some affection and a pet - she's the type of dog who wants to be part of everything and share her love.Jules is waiting to fill your life with affection, joy, and all the wonderful things that come with having a loyal companion by your side.

Shelby Humane is an open intake facility in Shelby County Alabama. SH takes in over 5000 animals a year. We provide an adoption program, low-cost spay/neuter program, and low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics throughout the County. In 2018, we launched Shelby SafePet, which provides veterinary care and boarding to pets of domestic violence victims.
