Waffles!

This is Waffles! She is a sweet smart, three-year-old girl. She came to us from an elderly couple, no longer able to care for her. This was due to their own needs not hers. We have made a lot of progress with potty training and barking, and reactivity. She gets along well with other dogs, but seems to be a bit territorial sometimes. She loves to have rubs and seems to prefer men over women. She would do best as an only dog for someone who can give her lots of exercise. Or with one other young dog that she could play with.

Waffles barks a lot. We think this is because her previous owners just didn’t expose her enough to other animals or people. Same can be said for her accidental partying in the house. Previous owners started ignoring her when she would signal them that she had to go out. With that, she still has a nervous bladder, and will occasionally urinate out of excitement. We love this dog!
