My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Approximate Date of Birth: 1/1/2021

Description:

Meet Mimi, a cat with a personality as diverse as a rainbow. Her gentle nature is soothing, her playful antics bring laughter, and her intelligence is captivating. Mimi's goofiness is endearing, but don't be fooled, she can be shy and independent too. Her sweetness is her hallmark, melting hearts wherever she goes. Mimi has a penchant for churu treats and isn't afraid to let you know. Mimi is not a fan of others cats or dogs, she wants to be the center of your world and attention. Once comfortable, she becomes a vocal companion, her meows echoing like a melodic symphony. Mimi is not just a cat, she's a friend, a confidante, a source of joy and comfort. Adopt Mimi and let her bring a splash of color, a dash of sweetness, and a whole lot of love into your life.

Additional adoption info

Go meet their pets

Some of our "ready to adopt" felines are located at one of our Arizona PetSmart locations. https://www.savingonelife.org/adopt/locations/

We also have a small satellite operation in San Diego with adoption events on select Saturdays at the PetSmart Escondido store.

We highly recommend applying in advance in order to increase your opportunity at adopting the kitty you are interested in. Applications are processed in the order they were received. If you have questions, please email adoptions@savingonelife.org.

More about this rescue

Saving One Life is a completely foster based, volunteer run, never kill rescue. Our motto is that although we can't save the world, it makes a world of difference to the ones we do save.

If you find a litter of kittens or your cat accidentally got pregnant - please contact us if you are able to foster them at intake@savingonelife.org. We cannot take in more animals without foster homes. All supplies and vet care will be taken care of - all you have to do is open your home and heart to them until they can find homes of their own!

All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for felv/fiv (Cats), dewormed, and microchipped. Adoption fees range depending on the animal's age and breed. All adoption fees assist other animals in our care - we do not have any paid employees. We are a completely never kill group that provides sanctuary to any "unadoptable" animals that come into our care including hospice care.
