Meet Maverick (aka Mavvy)! He is small, spunky, and ready to steal the spotlight! Mavvy is a two-month-old Boston Terrier/Pitty mix that may be only 2 pounds, but this little one packs a big personality! Tiny but mighty, Mavvy is a spunky little dude who LOVES to play ball and keep you on your toes. Strong-willed and a bit stubborn (in the most adorable way), he knows exactly how to get what he wants… like being carried around like the bougie little king he is! Mavvy’s favorite things? Hanging with the big dogs, sunbathing in the backyard, and, of course, being your loyal sidekick — he’ll follow you anywhere, always wanting to be part of the action. When it’s time to wind down, this independent pup will put himself to bed. He’s food motivated, working hard on potty training, and absolutely ready to be spoiled in his forever home. If you’re looking for a fun-loving, fiercely loyal companion, Mavvy’s your guy!

Additional adoption info

We require an application, application approval, meet and greet, home check, adoption fee and a contract.

2 months -12 months: $425
1 year - 6 years $375
7 years+ - $325

Adoption fee includes :

Shots up to date of adoption, wellness exam, fecal test,
Spay/neuter, Micro-chip and any other medical needed.

We also require to stay first on the micro-chip info for life and have a life time return policy on all our rescue dogs adopted out.

Unfortunately, we do not adopt out of state under any circumstances. We recommend that you visit your local shelter or dog rescues in your area if you are looking to adopt.

I.C.A.R.E. is an all breed, no kill dog rescue. We rescue dogs at risk of being euthanized from shelters, abandoned, abused, and stray dogs. We also rescue many owner surrendered dogs; which are dogs that can no longer remain in their current homes due to financial or personal issues. I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue is dedicated to reducing the number of dogs that are euthanized in our shelters each and everyday. We focus on rescuing and rehabilitating them in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their permanent homes. We also focus on educating the public regarding specific breeds, rescue, and general information regarding the canine species. We are a 100% volunteer run and supported organization that cannot survive without the help of loving fosters, volunteers, and benefactors.
