My name is Cookie!

Cookie is a six-year-old six-pound female chihuahua. She may be tiny, but she is a presence, and she is looking to be part of your family! Cookie likes men and women and children. Cookie is confident around other dogs big and small. And....she is cat friendly.

Cookie is a fun little dog that will happily spend hours in your lap as you nap, play wordle or watch tv. Yet, she is also ready with a minute's notice to join you on a walk, dog park excursion or TJ Maxx run! Cookie loves to bask in the sun and spends her fall mornings in the garden; however, she will not help you weed. Go figure. Cookie loves to snuggle under the covers at night, so she is hoping for you are open to that.

Cookie is "middle-aged" but she is a bundle of energy, so she really does want her daily walks. 

Cookie is spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. She has had a recent dental.

Cookie is an escape artist so your yard must be secure and you must take extra caution about the front door. Cookie is so eager to see the world but its up to us to make sure she sees it safely :)

Grateful Dogs Rescue incurs substantial veterinary and other expenses in rescuing our dogs. In order to recoup some of these costs, we request a tax-deductible donation for each adoption. The suggested donation for COOKIE is $300.
