Pheobe is going to be your new favorite F.r.i.e.n.d.! Phoebe came to us as a stray and is ready to find a loving home to call her own. This beautiful girl is super friendly and has a ton of energy! She will do best in an active household where she has plenty of opportunities to get outside and get all that energy out! Phoebe does well with a slow introduction to dogs outside of her household, but at home she will need to be the only dog as she has some resource guarding issues regarding her people. For this reason we also suggest she goes home with no other pets and to a home with no kids. Phoebe is up to date on her vaccinations and will be microchipped on her adoption day. She is not yet spayed, so her adoption fee is $150 with a $100 refundable spay deposit. Please fill out an application to meet Phoebe! Adopt, Foster, Educate, Advocate!

Visit www.eccha.org to complete our application online by clicking on a specific pet or the generic dog/pup or cat/kitten.

Approve Application

We will review your application and ask questions to help you and your family find the best fit. You will receive emails to keep you updated

3.
Meet the Pet

Approved applicants will be contacted to schedule a meet and greet either at the shelter or with the foster family.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Your application is approved, your pet is picked, you are ready to adopt. Sign our contract and pay the adoption fee to bring your pet home.
