Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I was running the streets as a gang cat uuummmm I mean a stray cat for quite some time. Perhaps at one time I may have had a home but I just don't remember. I'm a seasoned little guy at 8 years old (or so the vet folks say) but don't let this deter you because I'm still light on my feet and have the know how to survive! I'm a survivor you know cause being a street cat keeps your agility and wits on alert at all times! Now some people say I have a grumpy face but I have to look this way to survive on the streets but deep down I am a sweetheart.
So one day I was out street catting and the animal control people scooped me up. Off to their headquarters I went without any of my belongings. I was quite afraid and just didn't know what to do. They said I was not thriving at their place and reached out for rescue. The lovely folks at Caped Crusaders Cat Rescue tagged me and off to my new foster people I went. They have been wonderful to me.
I am friendly with other cats and people but may be a little timid at first until I get used to my inside surroundings. I'm not sure about dogs as my fosters did not have any but I would think I am good with them too! I like to play with brooms and strings and I definitely LOVE to eat!! I enjoy snuggling in your lap, EATING, napping and following my humans around everywhere they go because a cat can never stop learning. I am neutered, litter box trained, up-to-date on my vaccinations and recently treated with flea and tick medicine. I did have 5 teeth removed a week ago but that didn't stop me from EATING. I like both canned and dry food with an occasional snack like Greenies smartbites.
You will not be disappointed in adopting me to be your very own street smart but loving cat! And as part of my adoption fee, my fosters have thrown in free food!! Woohoo!!
So what are you waiting for???????
