My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mira was adopted by us about two months ago from a local family. She is now 4 months old. She is up to date on shots but will need her first booster series the first week of November. An unexpected financial and medical situation for us as resulted in some life changing decisions. One of these, sadly, is the need to rehome Mira.

Mira is a my-family dog. She will smother you with licks and loves to cuddle. She has spent most of her time outside in our fenced backyard. She kennel sleeps inside at night. She is eager to learn and knows Sit, Stay, Down and Take commands. Unfortunately her socialization has been slow. We are not around children, strange dogs or strangers often. When Mira confronts any of these she is nervous and sometimes does a low growl until told to stop. I believe getting her out more will desensitize this reaction.

We are asking a small adoption fee to insure Mira's new forever family is serious about adopting her and making her life happy and safe. Thank you.
