Just like her name, Honey is as sweet as can be! At 2.5 years old, this gentle girl has been blossoming in her foster home, gaining confidence and learning to enjoy the world around her. Though she can be shy with new people, once she trusts you, she’s a loving and loyal companion.
Honey absolutely thrives around other dogs—they help bring out her playful, happy self! Whether it’s romping around the park or lounging on the couch, she takes her cues from her furry friends, making her an ideal addition to a home with another dog.
She’s potty trained, crate trained, and has the perfect mix of energy—she’ll be playful when the moment is right but is just as happy to snuggle up for a lazy day. She loves treats, soaking up the sun, and playing with toys (especially the fluffy ones she can “redecorate”).

An adoption application must be completed. Upon doing an initial screening of your application, a BBR volunteer will be in contact with you through the e-mail address that you provide on the application. After the initial screening is completed, a vet reference will be checked (provided the applicant has had pets in the past). The last step is a home visit, usually done by a BBR volunteer.
Upon adoption/transfer, an adoption contract will be signed. Adoption fees vary.
