My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pugsly is an energetic meatball with an infectious smile. He might be down an eyeball, but he doesn't seem to miss it or even notice. His hobbies include speed walking down the street, enjoying snacks, and sniffing butts. Pugsly is a true master class in joy, and it's really impossible to feel down when he's snorting his way across the room to snuggle with you.

Here's some notes from his foster:

Wow, if you are looking for an athletic pug (oxymoron, I know), then Pugsley is your guy! He LOVES walks, hikes, playing, doggie piles with the kiddo - you name it and he is game. He's been a great house guest so far - he sleeps through the night, is potty trained (only one accident on night one), navigates our stairs like a champ, and is good with my large dog.

We've left him home alone with our resident dog several times and he did great. He loves snuggles on the couch in the evenings, doggie daycare at Muttville during the days ("cuddles and more walkies with volunteers, yes please!), and most of all, he loves his food! He came in a bit skinny so it's been fun helping him gain a few more pug neck rolls (still a work in progress).

We think Pugsley may have snuck into Muttville with a fake ID as he definitely still has some young dog energy about him. He'd probably thrive best in a home who would like to take him on lots of walks or do errands on the town together. Pugsley is so sweet and affectionate and is so excited to find his forever home soon!
