Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Found as a stray, this beautiful girl's microchip traced her back to a family who didn't care to properly contain her, feed her, or have her back after using her multiple times for breeding:( She is now spay, had all vet care completed, and is amazingly cheerful and exuberant considering all she has been through. She can be dominant to other dogs until she gets to know them gradually; did well with a cat recently. (Former home claims she was with other dogs.) Fenced yard required; VET'S REFERENCE REQUIRED.

We charge a non-refundable pet adoption fee (**unless otherwise stated in description***) via cash, check, credit card, or PayPal. The pet has been given initial medical care at a participating veterinary clinic and has had full-service medical care while in the care of GRR.

We require adopter to sign and abide by an adoption contract. We would be happy to send you a copy of the application for your review.

Go meet their pets

All of our adoptable animals are either in a foster home or in boarding. If you would be interested in setting up a meet-'n-greet we would first require a vet reference (where we call a past or present vet to verify all animals have been up-to-date on vaccines and heartworm prevention ). We typically do not adopt to homes with children under 10 years of age, and most of our dogs require a fenced yard.
