This super sweet, lovable cat is Huey. He was brought to the shelter as a stray and has won the hearts of the staff and volunteers! He gets along GREAT with the other cats in this room and has made best friends with most of them already.
He loves to snuggle in your lap and would make a wonderful addition to your family.

Sign Adoption Contract

We do not have applications our adoptions are first come, first serve.

Take the Pet Home

All available pets are spay/neutered and ready to go home immediately.

Additional adoption info

$100 Adoption Fee

Our adoption fee includes Spay/Neuter, heartworm/leukemia testing, initial vaccinations, deworming, flea preventive, micro chip, sample bag of food and various other services.

We take in animals that are brought in by Cherokee County Animal Control officers, animals owned by citizens of Cherokee County and unwanted strays found in Cherokee County. The Cherokee County Animal Shelter also adopts animals out to the public.
