Hi I’m Otis! I'm about two years old and my foster mom says I am such a handsome, funny & sweet boy! I'm very food-motivated and eager to please. I like to play with other pups but I am also respectful if they choose not to so I would do well in a home with or without another dog. I walk well on a leash but I can get distracted easily by bicycles or leaves blowing around as I think it would be so fun to chase them. A fenced yard would be nice but if you take me on a few nice walks each day to get out some of my energy, that’d work too. Bonus I am potty trained on a schedule & I sleep all night long without a peep in my kennel! Are you my forever family? -------------------------------------------- All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption.
Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner.

The mission of Warrior Dog Rescue is to save the dogs that are homeless, left abandoned in shelters, are surrendered by their owners, those that are being abused and neglected, and those that are left wandering. We are committed to providing them the medical care they need, helping them to overcome their past by providing them loving, educated foster homes, finding them their perfect forever home by means of a thorough adoption process, and guiding them on their journey into their new life. They all deserve a “good dog life… every single one of them.”
Warrior Dog Rescue will be a model rescue by partnering with overcrowded shelters that need to make room for more abandoned dogs. We will continue to educate others about responsible dog ownership in regards to safety, spay/neuter, nutrition, obedience, socializing, abuse, and neglect. We acknowledge that we will have a role in this industry to take the lead on providing awareness to others in the community and across the country. Every dog will know what it feels like to be loved till the end of their life.
