My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

File #24-196Current Foster Location: Orleans, ON *Please note that we do not typically adopt outside of a 2 hour radius from the foster dogs current location* Hi, Im Elektra, and guess what? I smile in my sleepadorable, right? When Im not dreaming up cute things, Im busy zooming around the yard like a rocket, racing my foster sister until we both collapse like a couple of tired noodles. I love to play, and Ill take a playmate anytimedog, human, you name it! Ive got springs in my legs and can jump over baby gates like its nothing, so make sure my yard is escape-proof. Oh and I also love chew toys. They are my best friends. Im a little nervous at first when I meet new dogs, but give me a few minutes and Im in the thick of things. Im curious about cats but mostly leave them alonetheyre weird but in a cool way, I guess. I adore all people, though if I get too excited, I might accidentally boop someone mid-jump. Im working on it, promise! My crate is my little safe space. I like to stay close to my humans too when Im feeling nervous, like when the vacuum shows up (why does it exist?!). If youre looking for a super happy, high-energy, and incredibly lovable sidekick, Im your girl Please visit our website www.ittakesavillagedogrescue.com to learn more about this amazing dog and to see other available dogs.

A call with the applicant and adoption team is held to finalize, and then send contract.

6.

Sign Adoption Contract

Contract and addendum if needed is sent to the applicant.

Additional adoption info

We use a team to cover different steps in the process so that we have input from several individuals to confirm dog/puppy is a fit in the new family and we have the correct forever home.
