Here's what the humans have to say about me:
🌲 Meet Koa: The Laid-Back Alaskan Malamute! 🌲
Introducing Koa, a 1.5-year-old Alaskan Malamute who’s as majestic and calm as the great outdoors. With his laid-back attitude and playful spirit, Koa is the perfect companion for someone looking to add a little adventure and a lot of love to their life.
Koa’s outgoing and affectionate nature makes him a joy to be around. He gets along well with other dogs and is always up for some fun, but he also knows how to relax and take it easy. His friendly and adaptable personality might make him a great fit for an older adopter who wants a big, lovable buddy.
This smart boy already knows all the basics! Koa is skilled in commands like sit, lay down, come, stay, and down. He listens well when corrected, showing off his eagerness to please. He’s also possibly house-trained, so he’s ready to settle into a loving home.
If you’re looking for a companion who’s as cool as the Alaskan wilderness but as warm-hearted as they come, Koa is your perfect match! 🐺❤️HSNBA lists all animals online from the moment of intake, and our listings are updated automatically every midnight. Some of these animals may not be available for adoption at this moment, but you can always call the shelter at 830-629-5287 for clarification on the adoption process or the animal's current status.
