BOBBI is so precious and affectionate with people of all sizes and ages!! He’s an 11 month old Pit-Hound-Lab mix who has been waiting patiently for his forever home!! We rescued him and his six siblings after their mom died during labor! If no one stepped up, Bobbi and his siblings were going to be euthanized. Our special boy is missing a paw and only has 2 toes on his other foot, but that doesn’t stop him from frolicking with our other dogs! Grass yard is a must for our loving, active lil guy! Nearly all of Bobbi’s siblings have been adopted…will you be Bobbi’s hero and offer him a loving, forever home?

You may pick up the pet from our rescue sanctuary or we will bring the pet to your home.

Additional adoption info

Complete an application from our website. Once approved, we will invite you to visit our rescue facility/sanctuary to meet our dogs. If the meet and greet is successful, we will schedule a home check. After the home check, an adoption agreement is signed, an adoption fee is paid, and your new pet will be yours! You may pick up your dog from the rescue or we will bring them to you.

Broken Souls Rescue and Recovery is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue facility located in Staten Island, NY. We rescue abused, abandoned, and neglected dogs of all breeds, including the bully breed who are arguably the most misunderstood breed of dogs. We rescue abused dogs abandoned on the streets and rehabilitate them by providing necessary medical care, training, and most importantly, the love and care needed to help them learn to trust again. Our goal is to give abused, traumatized, and neglected dogs a second chance to find love and security with humans who understand their needs.
