My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name: Princess Gender: Female

Breed: Terrier Mix
About: Meet Princess, the 5-year-old Terrier Norwich mix who’s ready to reign over your heart! Weighing in at a petite 7.5 kg, this spayed, vaccinated, and heartworm-negative darling is the epitome of sweetness. With a gentle disposition, Princess adores cuddling up with her humans, going for leisurely walks, and indulging in tasty treats. She’s a clever girl who’s already mastered the ‘sit’ command—thanks to her love for snacks!
Princess is great with other dogs and enjoys their company, though she prefers to have her own cozy space to relax. She’s fully potty trained and will adjust quickly to new house rules, making her an easy addition to any home. Currently, she shares her space with fellow fosters but doesn’t mind some alone time when needed. Princess sleeps comfortably in her designated dog bed and is always up for a good snuggle!
This low-energy lovebug is perfect for families looking for a delightful companion. She’d thrive in an apartment setting as long as she gets her daily walks and, of course, plenty of affection. Princess’s journey wasn’t an easy one; she was abandoned near a busy subway station but was rescued just in time by a kind-hearted soul. Now she’s ready to find her forever home where she can be pampered and adored. If you’re looking for a sweet cuddle buddy, Princess is your girl!
They are currently in Mexico awaiting a family committed to a 10-day trial. If interested, please apply at www.northwestwagrescue.org. The adoption fee is $550 and includes up- to-date vaccines, a negative heartworm test, spaying/neutering, and microchipping.
