Foster cat`s bio for their adoption profile: Jinx is an energetic kitten who would make a wonderfully entertaining companion. She would especially thrive in a home with another young cat to play with. She came to SCAT a bit shy and skeptical of people after living her first few months outside. Now that she`s experienced living the good life indoors, she`s regularly seeking out human attention. A meat tube and a bowl of wet food are the way to her heart. She has also mastered the essential housecat skill of using her litterbox.
Any special needs or traits the adopter should know about? (we may add this to the bio): Jinx has adjusted quickly to living indoor with humans, but she still appreciates slow hands and quiet movements when being approached. Like many cats, her first instinct is to hide if there`s a loud noise or sudden movement. She`s coming around to the idea of being picked up and held IF there`s a meat tube involved!

More about this rescue
Since 1996 SCAT Street Cat Rescue's prime focus has been feral cats because of the limited options available for them. TNR is a successful option instead of the traditional trap and kill. The majority of the cats rescued by SCAT, however, are socialized and available for adoption. As the city grows, so to does the need for our services. Adopt, Donate, Volunteer, TODAY!
