My name is Slushie!

Hi, I’m Slushie! I’m a sweet gray and white kitten with a curious mind and a heart full of love. If you’re looking for a cuddle buddy, I’m your girl! I love nothing more than snuggling up next to you on the couch and falling asleep after watching you for a while—it makes me feel safe. I’m a big fan of mealtime, and after I eat, I get the zoomies! You’ll see me racing around the house after breakfast at 8am and dinner at 5:30pm.

I love basking in the sun and watching birds from the window. Playing with my laser pointer and darting through cat tunnels are some of my favorite things. I also enjoy hanging out on my foster home’s cat wall—being up high makes me feel adventurous! Oh, and if a fly sneaks into your house, don’t worry—I’m a great little hunter.

Slushie is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, flea treated, FIV/FeLV tested and microchipped. She is available for meet and greet by appointment only. Filling out an application is highly recommended as appointment time slots are limited at our adoption events. 

 MUST FOLLOW APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Go to  https://www.kittenrescue101.org/adopt/available-cats and Click "adopt" on the cat's profile you are interested in. Clicking adopt does not mean that you are adopting this cat. It will take you to an application to fill out which is the first step of the adoption process. (NOTE: If the kitten is a bonded pair, do not apply for him/her as a single kitten. These applications will not be considered) 

2) If your application is approved, you will receive a call back within 2-3 days with an appointment time slot. We do our best to match the cat to the best environment/family/situation as possible based on the cat's personality and temperament. 

3) Please note, we do not adopt single kittens. Adopter must have an existing young kitty or be open to adopting a pair.
