Meet Maggie and Mo, an adorable bonded pair of Beagles looking for a loving forever home together! Born on 9/22/2017 and 9/22/2015 respectively, Mo is Maggie's mom, and where one goes, the other is sure to follow! These two sweethearts were rescued from a local wildlife marsh after being purposely abandoned, and now they are fully vetted, spayed, vaccinated, and on preventatives, ready for their new family.
Mo, the older of the two, is a laid-back lady who loves to be petted and enjoys a calm, relaxed day. Maggie, being younger and a little more adventurous, will happily follow you around and snuggle right into your lap for some love. Both are great with everyone they meet, including children!
We do recommend a home with a fenced-in yard, as true to their Beagle nature, they may follow their noses on the trail of a scent. If you're ready to welcome this inseparable duo into your home, apply online today at eastshoreha.org! Once approved, the shelter will arrange a meet-and-greet so you can experience their charm firsthand. Don't miss out on Maggie and Mo!

Additional adoption info
Before You Adopt: Please consider these factors before filling out an application:
1. Animals are expensive to care for. They require food, shelter, toys, grooming, and veterinary health and dental care.
2. Animals require attention. You have to clean up after their messes, protect them from anything that might harm them, and make sure they get adequate play time and exercise. Some require training, which takes patience, love, and commitment.
Adopting a Friend: Adopter will fill out an application to start the adoption process. We don't adopt on a first come, first served basis, but instead adopt based on what we feel is in the animal's best interest. We DO NOT ship animals.
Adoption Requirements:
1. Have verifiable identification
2. Be at least 18 years of age
3. If renting, have landlords consent to bring a pet to your home
4. All adopted pets must be spayed or neutered
5. All pets must leave the shelter on a collar and leash, or in a pet carrier
6. Agree to all terms of the adoption contract; ESHA reserves the right to deny any application
