My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Ezekiel (again), our two year old black smoke tabby that has been with us for quite some time. At first Ezekiel was not happy about being brought to a shelter. He was found and brought in by a citizen and he was an angry boy. He did come around and showed his true playful, puppy self. He unfortunately came down with URI (kitty cold) and needed additional time for antibiotics and rest to kick in. Ezekiel spent some time with an officer for a weekend and did well with her other animals: dogs and house pig. He also does great with other cats, but male and female! Although he does well with cats at our shelter and our free range room at Forepaws, he is looking for a home without other cats or small children (10+). He`s been returned twice now for either roughhousing too roughly or going after the resident cats. He may be a cat that gets jealous or overstimulated when he`s playing. He loves to play and loves catnip! He enjoys exploring and finding new cat toys to play with. His adoption fee is $50, and includes his age appropriate vaccines, registered microchip, fecal exam, deworming, FIV/FeLV test, current flea prevention, and neuter. He is already fixed!
