My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Indi is a very sweet and smart dog. She has had type 1 diabetes for about a year and a half now. It developed around 8 yrs old. Her insulin only costs $25 for over a month supply! Unfortunately, I just don’t have the time to be home with her and give her insulin twice a day since I work so much and intend on starting school soon. I hope that she can find someone that likes to give her tummy pats and has the time to let her out to roll in the grass as much as she wants. She is not a very active dog. She loves to play with squeakers and tug of war but not interested in long walks. She has never bit anybody. She is protective at first but it’s all talk, although as she’s gotten older she has mellowed out a ton and now she doesn’t have that issue with guests anymore! She loves kids and gets along just fine with cats and other dogs. She doesn’t chew on furniture or dig into things. She is a very good girl ❤️
