My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gomez is a delightful 6-week-old puppy with a heart of gold! Full of sweetness and curiosity, he's already showcasing his intelligence in the most adorable ways. Though he's too young for formal potty training, Gomez is eager to learn and loves to explore his surroundings. Whether he's playing with his toys or snuggling up for some quality cuddle time, this little guy is sure to bring joy and laughter to any home. Get ready for endless puppy love!

Gomez is available to LOCAL (KC area only) adopters through our Foster to Adopt program. His adopters will be required to take him to and from his already scheduled vet appointment(s). His adoption fee is $250 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, neuter, microchip, and heartworm prevention. More about this rescue

Lucky 13 Rescue is a federal 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the rescue and aid of homeless and neglected dogs in the Kansas City metro and surrounding rural areas. We do not limit our efforts to a specific breed, but rather strive to assist any dog that is facing neglect, homelessness, abuse or death. Our ultimate goal is to rehabilitate each canine in our care through placement in loving fosters homes until they can be carefully matched with adoptive families.
