Wow and whee, take a look at me! I’m Cheesey, and seeing me will make you think of a mini lion. I have luxurious medium-long fur in a color somewhere between buff and orange, and a fluffy ruff of fur around my neck. I’ve got subtle tabby stripes here and there, too, and a somewhat serious expression. I’m just appreciating everything around me and waiting for you to come say hello.

I am fond of chin scratches, belly rubs, being held, and being picked up. I don’t even mind being carried in your arms like a baby. I’m always ready for attention, though I’m not demanding, and I meow in almost a conversational way.

I’m a social creature and I like to be around other cats. I might like dogs, and that idea could stand some further research. I am aware of the resident dogs in my foster home and will sit right near the dog door without fear.

I haven’t met many kids, though I’ve had some interactions with a toddler visiting my foster home. I liked her just fine, especially since she was waving a wand toy in my direction. Playtime is my jam and I’m perfectly happy to share my toys. I’m about 1 year old so I’ve got plenty of energy, yet I’m mature enough to pace myself. All good things in moderation!

Adoption fee is a minimum $85 per cat donation to Feral Fixers. All cats are up to date on shots, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and FeLV/FIV negative.
