My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please contact foster at Meghan.shew@yahoo.com

• Shy, quiet girl looking for a family to make sure she lives out her best golden years
• Sleeps most of the day but loves going on her morning and afternoon walks and exploring the neighborhood. Stops to sniff everything! • She is estimated to be about 9yo but is still active and enjoys her walks - may be a few years younger.
• Personality is slowly coming out as she gets more comfortable but needs a patient adopter who will give her space and time to come out of her shell
• Seems friendly towards other dogs on walks, no barking.
• Doesn’t bother the cat in the home.
• Hops when she gets excited - that is why her new name is “babs”!
• Picky eater, will need a wet food diet.
• Is house trained and knows how to use pee pads. She may have a hard time seeing in the dark, as she misses the pee pads at night sometimes.
• Loves her crate, it’s her safe space. She will go in there on her own and sleep through the night in there without the door shut.
• Has not shown much interest in toys yet but loves blankets!
• A little skittish about the harness but allows you to pick her up and put it on her.
• Did really well for her professional grooming/spa day!
