My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

These puppies are shining bright, just like their mama! It wasn’t long after we rescued Topaz that she gave birth to her own little gemstones. So, along came Citrine, Agate, Peridot, Emerald, Diamond and Ruby! These six sweeties are sweet, shiny and spunky. These little ones are like to stay on the smaller side, especially considering their mom. As Chihuahua mixes, you can anticipate them to be loyal, quirky and brave. Now, despite knowing their mama well, we have never met or seen the mystery dad! So there is no telling what their true lineage is without a DNA test. One thing that we do know for sure is that these puppies are 100% lovable! So, with plenty of training, love and patience - these kiddos are sure to be the best boys and girls. Submit an application to meet them today, they won’t last long!

More about this rescue

SNIPSA is an organization formed by a group of veterinarians and caring individuals dedicated to helping homeless and unwanted animals in San Antonio and the surrounding area. SNIPSA does not have a standing shelter and depends on a core of volunteers to foster and rehabilitate animals in their homes. This provides us with the opportunity to learn first hand about the animal’s needs and behavior in order to facilitate an appropriate adoption. SNIPSA was incorporated in 2005 and has re-homed more than 3000 animals.
