Pay the adoption fee.

Dogs (Unaltered): $50
Dogs (Altered): $30
Puppies (Under 4 months): $30
Cats (Unaltered): $30
Cats (Altered): $15
Kittens (Under 4 months): $15

There are additional fees to include microchipping and a Rabies Vaccine voucher (for local residents).
