My name is Indie!

We rescued this sweet mama about 2 months ago; she had just finished nursing her litter of 11 pups. She was malnourished, mistreated and not in a good place when we found her. Overall, she is a very sweet dog who loves to be active as much as she loves a good cuddle session. Sit down with a blanket and she doesn't skip a beat, she wants to be right in your lap! She loves rafting on the river and going for car rides.
Unfortunately, she currently is not getting along with other dogs, she has some aggression issues that I believe can be addressed with a professional trainer. She's very smart and will quickly learn that she doesn't need to be afraid, but she needs a home that has the patience and time to work with her.
As much as we would love to continue to foster Indie, it's not a good situation for her as we have too many other dogs on the property and do not have it in our capacity to give her the training she needs. Spay scheduled Oct. 21, paid by the Humane Society (thank you!)
