My name is Dale!

Animal Profile:  Dale is a 4 month old Terrier mix who will be joining us from Louisana, on 10/13. He was surrendered to the Caddo Parish shelter where he was assessed to be a little shy at first but warms up quickly and is social and friendly with people and do gs.  Luckily he was moved to a foster home while waiting for his freedom ride to Washington.  We will post more info on the puppies as we get to know them in foster care.

Foster Update:  Dale may be a little shy at first but in just a few minutes his silly, playful personality comes out. He is a sweet, cuddly puppy who wants to be with his people. He is very treat motivated and learns new things quickly.  With a schedule and supervision, Dale has had no accidents in the house! He is good in the crate and sleeps through the night. Like most puppies, he is learning that hands are not toys.  This boy has a fantastic personality with tons of potential and is ready for his own people to grow up with! We are looking for a home with another canine companion that Dale can learn from.

 Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test if applicable, and microchip with registration. Your adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization. All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs in our rescue.

Animal History:  This dog is arriving from Caddo Parish Animal Shelter in Shreveport Louisiana via Tail Lights Rescue Project. He will be available for adoption in the Seattle area.
